1. Before construction or fit-out works begin: You have a defined space or architectural drawings, but the interior still needs to be resolved. Luphix can develop the spatial planning, 3D interior concept, material and finishing direction before installation begins.

2. When you need to see how the design looks before building it: You need to understand how the space will look and function before committing to materials or construction decisions. Photorealistic 3D interior renders provide a clear visual reference for the client and contractor.

3. When the fit-out works are already underway: Construction has started and you need to verify that what is being installed matches the approved interior design concept. Scheduled site inspections compare work on site against the approved design and identify deviations early.

How Does a Luphix Designs Project Move Forward?
Every project begins by establishing what the space needs to achieve, what stage the project has reached, and what level of design or supervision is required.

01. Brief and Site Assessment:
We understand the space, operational requirements, design objectives, and project constraints before design work begins. For clients outside Uganda requiring Concept Design, the brief can be completed remotely using photographs, measurements, drawings, and other project information provided by the client.
02. Concept Design:
The project is developed through spatial planning, photorealistic 3D interior renders, material and finishing direction. The result is a presentation-ready concept package that gives the client and contractor a clear reference for the intended interior.
03. Your Build:
The client engages their own contractor to execute the physical fit-out using the approved concept as the design reference. Luphix Designs does not act as the contractor or execute the physical construction.
04. Installation Supervision:
When supervision is required (chosen during the brief), Luphix conducts scheduled site inspections during the fit-out period. The work on site is compared against the approved concept - any deviations are identified and reported before they become more difficult or expensive to address.
